Emergency FAQ
Do you really answer at 2am? Even on Christmas?
Yes, a live dispatchers. We rotate on-call staff through nights, weekends, and holidays. Call volume after midnight is low, but when calls come in, they're actual emergencies and we pick up.
Is there an extra charge for after-hours emergency calls?
Yes — a $75 after-hours trip charge for 9pm–7am and weekends. Waived if you book the repair. Standard repair pricing still applies; we don't mark up parts or labor for emergencies.
Can you actually fix it at night with no shop light?
Yes. Our technicians carry LED work lights and headlamps, and all trucks are stocked with parts. Nighttime spring replacements and opener fixes are routine for us. We photograph the job before and after so there's no question about what we did.
What if you can't fix it in one visit?
We secure the door — locked, braced, or disabled — so your home or business is protected, then return next business day with the needed part. Typically happens when a custom-sized spring or a rare opener board is needed. Charge for part only; re-visit labor included.
I'm not sure if it's an emergency. Should I call or wait till morning?
If any of these are true, call now: (1) your house is exposed, (2) your car is trapped and you need to leave in the morning, (3) you hear grinding or see smoke from the opener, (4) the spring clearly snapped with a loud bang. Otherwise, morning is fine and cheaper.
